Southern Estates has been operating in the Illawarra region since 1952. To put this into perspective…this was only 7 years after the finish of World War II!

Our ethos has been built on successive highly experienced and results driven business owners. To this extent, an entire suburb (one of Wollongong’s largest) owes its existence to our company.

With changing times has come a fresh approach to asset sales and management, and Southern Estates is at the forefront of those technological improvements. We have access to numerous property industry databases, up to-the-minute management applications and of course a comprehensive register of sellers and buyers.

As a result we have a history of excellence in real estate and a culture of premium price achievement. Our experience extends into residential property sales and management and commercial and industrial property sales, management and leasing.

The Company currently employs twelve full time and part time staff members in its residential and commercial property management and sales divisions.

Southern Estates property management division is active in managing a wide spectrum of properties including a number of multi-storey office buildings, car parks, flats, units, houses and other substantial property investments for our clients. We currently produce and distribute paper and electronic newsletters to these clients providing recent and relevant property information.

The Company is also a member of the Real Estate Institute and the Estate Agents Co-Operative.

These industry bodies provide trade and practice support with their philosophy founded in ethical and professional behaviour.
